teaches us by giving us the test first. Only after we
finish these tests do we get the lessons.

One popular complaint is that youth is
wasted on the young, and being no longer young I'm
inclined to agree. That picture of me is from last
centrury in my Peavey Office. There is the complementary corollary that wisdom is wasted on the old. This wisdom, usually gathered from making a life-time of mistakes often comes a little too late. By the time you’ve “figured it all out”, what can you do with that wisdom? Free advice is usually valued precisely by what we pay for it. So I have no illusions about how my "free" advice will be taken. Check out my vanity website for some so-so advice, or just enjoy looking at some of the things that amuse me.
